A group born out of a sincere friendship while Martynas Šerpy,s
and Bertram Kvist Lynggaard were studying at the Danish National Conservatory of Music. The aim of this project is to combine different cultural contexts, to experiment and to realise their creative visions through original music.
Growing up in two different backgrounds, the duo has acquired different tastes and understanding of music, pushing this project to be more authentic and unique – they don’t try to agree on one similar sound, but look for new combinations.
The result of that is a mixed, no-boundary-based-music, including genres like Hardbop, Modern Jazz, Avantgarde and Folk.
The band released their first album “Occurrents” in may 2024.
